I had a great time at this hotel. The pool was very clean and perfect for kids. The hotel had many great amenities including an outdoor pool with a wonderful view of the sea. Additionally, the hotel has great entertainment options to offer. The location of the hotel was also really convenient as it was located between two shopping centers.
Nothing negative to say.

The hotel is conveniently located between two shopping centres and near the main entertainment. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the sea. the hotel offers a range of facilities, such as an aqua park and several pools, and the maid service was appreciated.
The food and service at meal times could be improved.

Nice food and friendly staff, but. Best aspects are the good breakfast and Christmas dinner. the location is close to some nice beaches and shopping areas. the pool is big and there are plenty of sun loungers.
The rooms are old and in need of renovation. the air conditioning didn't work properly and the room wasn't very clean.

Amazing stay for our romantic escape, staff went out of their way to make our stay special with rose petals on the bed and chocolates. The beach was stunning with crystal clear water and plenty of water sports available. We enjoyed the delicious local cuisine and the fact that the hotel was located close to some great historical sites.
The hotel lacked entertainment and had limited food options for those who weren't fans of local cuisine. The staff at reception were not very welcoming and could have been more responsive to our requests.
